We don't believe in automated checkout buttons. First, you submit an inquiry so we can discuss your goals. Once we align on a vision, we take a 50% deposit to secure your slot. We then move into the "Creative Surge" phase, delivering concepts in days. Once you are 100% thrilled with the design, the final balance is paid, and your high-resolution files are released immediately. 

Your brand is too important for a generic "Add to Cart" experience. We start with a Strategy Session to ensure we are the perfect fit for your vision. You can either do this via email or over the phone. This human-first approach saves time, builds trust, and guarantees that when we start designing, we are already moving with momentum. 

You receive a comprehensive "Launch Suite" containing everything you need for print and digital. This typically includes high-resolution JPGs, transparent PNGs (Kickstart package), and scalable Vector files (SVG/EPS/AI) that ensure your logo looks crisp on everything from a business card to a billboard. (Visual Impact & Full Momentum package).

We build for speed. Once your deposit is secured, we enter the design phase immediately. You can expect to see your initial premium concepts within 3-5 business days, depending on the complexity of your chosen package. 

That is exactly why our process includes a refinement stage. We work with you. Your feedback is our fuel. We will refine and tweak the chosen concept until it matches the vision in your head perfectly.

A logo is just one mark. A Brand Identity (like our "Full Momentum" package) is the complete visual language of your business. It includes your color palettes, typography, usage rules, and social media assets—everything you need to ensure your brand looks consistent everywhere it appears. 

We operate on a secure, transparent invoice system. You will receive a digital invoice for the 50% deposit to start the project. The final 50% invoice is sent only when the work is complete and you have approved the final design. We accept all major cards and bank transfer which is preferred. 

Absolutely. Once the final balance is settled and the files are handed over, you own 100% of the copyright to your final logo design. We simply reserve the right to display it in our portfolio to show off what we built together. 

We specialise in momentum. If you have a tight deadline, please mention it in your initial inquiry form. We can often accommodate "Fast Track" projects depending on our current studio schedule.
